Movies to watch!!!

well... as u all know, the greatest movie to catch will be Transformers. I went to watch on the day it was released and damn, i have to find 3 hours for cinema that was not fully booked....

i must say its really a nice show! One sentence to describe the feeling - bring back memories. god know how young we were when this show started on tv as cartoons. The 18 wheeler... transforming into a hugh machine... well.. that's was my only memory. i only know who is Optimus Prime!!!

People who watched it, dont u find the way they transformed are somehow too fast for the eyes.... especially the first part where blackout started the attack on the base... i was like stunned with mouth wide open, but still fail to see how the hell did it transform to that mean machine..

well... enough said than done.. when this movie launches its DVD, it will be a collectors' item!!
got to go to school now... damn elective!

Back for Life??

wow wow wow wow..... last posting was actually dated back to December 06. what am i doing exactly, i'm not even sure. i quit my job as a samsung promoter, took my exams, did my project, talk some shit, have some hiccups in life...... that's basically what i'm having for the past 7 months.

but now i'm back.. should i pen down my everyday life again, or add something spicy into my life so as to have more things to say? life pretty fixed aint it... you wanna find something to say, i think u better create something.. do more with what u have...

i dont even know what i'm saying now.... maybe i'm bullshitting... maybe that's just my inner voice.

Landslide @ Little Guilin

This year has the largest amount of rainfall recorded for the past 75 years and some areas are heavily flooded. News even reported a landslide that happened at Little Guilin that is near Bukit Batok area. So i went to see the damage done there and saw the landslide happening with my own eyes. Luckily i manage to record it with my handphone...

Rainy Christmas

wah... this week is really so terrible... it has been raining for 2 days consecutively already... and many areas have reported floods and the worse is Little Guilin got soil erosion!!!

the volume of rain this week is far more than before and also the temperature is so cold (24 to 28 degrees). hiax.. how to go out like that.. how to celebrate christmas... how to enjoy my holidays!!!!

anyway, this friday will be 22nd of Dec. Me & Dee will go and have our Jack's Place lunch (I promise to bring her there after my exams) and maybe go for some window shopping lor.. long time never treat her good already so this friday is a good time!! This week took off from work so to celebrate christmas with my relatives during the weekend. I'll be heading down to chalet.. lon g time never see them liao lor!!! and also my gf also long time never see them le..

thinking about it, 3 more weeks before end of holiday.. well well well.. time pass so so fast!!! soon, sch will restart and it will yet be another sem of struggles and pain!!

sorry to all for MIA so long... its been a tough week for me...

well.. this is the first week of holiday that has past for me... well.. did nothing much this week except for being filial to my parents and choose to help out in the shop hehe... although not getting paid anything!!

well.... this week highlight was Sitex '06 held in Expo and i was glad to be part of it... i still thought to myself on wed maybe i should go down this week to see what nice things i can buy but who knows that i was employed there to work lor... Thurs and Fri i was called to replace my colleague who was sick

Thurs and Fri, i was attached to Singtel booth to promote Samsung phones... what a sucky feeling lor.. they put up 3 phones for promotion but the price is quite hike lor.. and also one phone is a damn old model lor.. D600. i think this phone was out when i was just enlisting ba!! nevertheless i tried to did my best and i din even go for any breaks lor.. knn still ganna complain by the retail manager.. say i shy, and keep talking to other promoters!! fuck him UPSIDE DOWN MAN!! think he retail manager big fuck like that... total for thursday and friday i only sold 3 sets.. i dont give a damn lor!!

anyway, sat and sun was much more better.. this is when the crowd starts to come real pack. i was attached to samsung booth this time and the staff from courts are really very friendly lor.. made a couple of friends there... hehe.. i partner with Isabelle this time round who is a cute and friendly gal too... i find more enjoyable there la.. maybe because more product and the crowd there sure interested in samsung phone or else they wont patronise there ma.. hehe.. total for sat and sun, me and belle sold 48 sets!! what an achievement!!

its been a tiring week... i'm gonna sleep my fill on monday!!! hehe... enjoy my weekday holidays.. HOLY DAY!! hehe....

Second Paper

Basic Engineering Mathematics... 4 questions within 2 hours. I din fucked this paper up... i do it slowly and was quite happy cause i understand what the questions is trying to ask. but whether did i get the correct answer, that's another issue. Maths is my strongest module the rest.... if i really fucked this up, i deserved to die!!

First Paper!!!

The time has finally reached.... just another 12 hours more, my first paper will kick off.... haven really finish revising.... i'm in a bad bad mood... i have never fear so much about exams....

Like what i said, my first paper will be Circuit Analysis. this paper will take up 80% of my total marks. the 20% i already got 16. i must really do well cause i feel that 16 marks can never help much... i really want to do well....

I'm gonna start studying soon.. i'm tired, listless and totally shack...

another side note, today i got the news that our GST might be increasing... everything in this country is increasing like parking, ERP, food, school fees, only except one thing.. that is salary.. people are still earning like 2k per month but are giving out more that that per month.... some families even have problem with basic necessities. why the government din realise that the help they have catered does not reach every singaporean that has difficulties but only minorities... i really find very hard to settle down in singapore, let alone setting up a family.. i dont wanna be a broke ass.... who can help me!!!

Ghost Story #1

This is a story that happened in an hospital located in Singapore in the late 80s.

Dr Chang was a workaholic. He will always be the one who step into the hosptital as early as possible and as late as possible. On the 3rd Dec, it was as usual.

Dr Chang has just finish his last round in the ward before heading back to his office. He prepared some report for tomorrow's work and tidied up his desk before leaving. The time was 12.35am and most of the staffs in his department was long gone and there left the few shift nurses.

The lobby was quiet that night, just like any other night. Dr Chang made his was down the alley to the lift. Only 1 lift out of the 3 lifts are in service so he has to wait a little while before the lift reaches the 9th floor where his office is situated.

Dr Chang is no green horn in this hospital. He has been situated here for 8 years and is well known for his calmness and professionalism. Finally the lift came, and Dr Chang step in with work still piling in his hands.

The lift starts to proceed down. When the lift reaches the 3rd floor, the door opened and there stood a young pretty nurse holding some case studies. She was panting when the door opened.

Dr Chang: "Why are you panting?"
Nurse: " I saw the lift coming so i run lor."
Dr Chang: "so late still so many case studies?"
Nurse: "I'm just trying to learn more things that could help me in my work."
Dr Chang: "Good good! Hard to find nurses that are so hardworking and willing to learn."

Their conversation rattles on on work and the lift is still proceeding down. Dr Chang looked at the indicator and notice that the lift has not stop at the 1st floor but is still going down. He felt very weird but due to his calmness, he did not say anything. The nurse and him just stare blindly into space, waiting for the lift to reach its desitination.

The lift stops at B3, and Dr Chang thought to himself. So many years of work in this building, he never knew that this lift operates to the basement floor. As he is still pondering, the door opened. A young man was standing there and greeted the nurse and the doctor with a smile when he saw them. Dr Chang immediately close the door.

Nurse: "Doc, there is someone standing outside the lift. Why din you wait for him?"
Dr Chang: "You are still new here. This hospital got alot of unpleasant stories one. Just now that man, did u notice his right hand is wearing a tag. That tag is meant for dead bodies in the mortuary. Hope that did not scare you."
Nurse: "Oh is it.. i din notice"
*silence in the lift
Nurse: "doc, by any chance are you talking about this tag?"
*the nurse lifted her hands....

Next morning, Dr Chang was found dead in the lift. The cause of his death was unknown but they found something on him. His hand was being tagged...

THE HAZE IS BACK!!!

After 1 week of good weather, the haze seems like to be coming back. The PSI reading as for 06 Nov 06 1900 is at 57. When is this ever going to stop!!! I believe many people are sick this few weeks, with flu and cough as the common illness. I am down with this illnesses too, together with 3 ulcers - 2 on my tougue and 1 on my lips. I cant eat well, cant sleep well (cause i'll drool!).

Anyway, with regards to my previous post on the hanging of Saddam Hussein, I'm surprise to see today's Newpaper sharing the same sentiment as me - about the fall of a man that lead to the rise of a new era.

People might be cheering upon his death news and some people might be starting to plot evil intentions. This will just go on and on and will never stop.

Anyway, Saddam is appealing on monday reuters time. I dont think he can get any lighter sentence. Someone will be laughing off his chair when he know that his great old enemy is bound on the hanging dice. The country will dominate the world and we wont know what this world will be push into...

Politics is driving me crazy, and one thing... dont u find the living standards nowadays are so high? (that's off topic)

well, skip the last lecture today(10.30 - 11.30) because they are teaching something which i have learn in other modules so go also like bit waste time.... slacking out in the library now with my friends before i go and crash their tutorial at 1230pm

i was told off by someone .... who is it?? Mdm Prawn (Qiuxia) for saying me not updating my blog when i say she never visit.... so here i am today

well well well... 2 more weeks and its my semestral exams. Circuit Analysis, Analog Electronics, Signal & Systems, Data Structure & Algorithm, Basic Engineering, Foundation Physics - 6 modules in all in a span of 2 weeks. now i really very stress out. only 2nd year student, only 3 months in NTU and i'm like a changed person..... everytime reach home from sch, no motivation to study, not even referring to any notes!! how i wish i am back in the army....

Gone were the days where i slack and relax, gone were the days when i play soccer with my BEAST brothers in poly, gone were the days when we skip lectures and went for a drink, gone were the days where we swam and talk cock in KFC.

I'm really struggling now, studies, work & relationship. i'm like doing a infinity metre of hurdles race, where the ending is never near and the start has never really started.

Studies - needless to say.. i still lag alot behind. my friends think i'm clever, but i think i sucks. cause i know when there are exams, i will panic and will forget whatever i learn. so back to square one!!!

Work - now i'm a Samsung HP promoter. well... kinda interesting work cause i get to meet alot of ppl and also i can share my knowledge with them about those ohones... kinda happy whenever i manage to close a deal because they appreciate what i say and feel what i say is right. but this work is taking away my weekend - the time when i spend with my girlfriend, the time when i spend with my family all gone liaox.... my friend recommend me to teach tuition, which is more flexible and also can earn much more. well.. i'm considering.... but i dont dare cause i scare i teach the wrong things to the children.

Relationship... 4 years plus le... when can i get married? when can i be a husband, when can i be a father, when can it ever come true. am i really the one for her?? now i'm 22 years old.... graduate will be around 25. i'll set a target... 28 i will walk down the aile with her... 29 i'll be a father!! pls make this small little wish of mine come true!!!

Selemat Hari Raya!!!

Once again its hari raya again... this year no exception i was ganna cheated again.. together with Chisong, consecutively for 2 years!!!

so what in the blue hell happened?? well.. last year, we went out for prata without realising its hari raya go where got prata to eat... so no choice we went to west coast macdonald to eat...

This year, in conjunction with his birthday, we went back to eat prata again (that's our favourite past time) but we felt something very weird.. car park was empty, and the lightings aint strong... the thought of hari raya never pop out from our head... in the end, no choice, we went to geylang to have dim sum.

Moral of the story, pls check wherever you wanna go before going.. damn dulan when u reach there and there's nothing....

Its been so so long since i posted something...

well.. nothing much going on now... just that i'm studying working studying working... exams coming real soon and i have not much confidence in going through it smoothly...

things are really piling up on me.. work, study, relationship. how i wish i am a kid, staying with my beloved late grandma, or an officer in camp where i love the time spend with my superior and my men who teaches me alot of things about life...

Friends are getting lesser and lesser for me, and its been long since i met up with my 2 brothers alex and ndee..... i miss them so so much... the late suppers and the late rides we had around singapore....

I miss alot of things... i miss my grandma, my days in BMT, my OCS hell nights, the field camp i conduct, the ICT i went through and most importantly, i miss the old me.. and always happy go lucky and cheerful dude who never fail to cheer my friends around me...

Lift under maintenance!!!

Shit man... came home after school and to my astonishment, the 3 lifts at my blk were all down for maintenance. Not a single one is working!!!! GOD DAMN IT!!!!

I stay at the 15 storey man!!! the highest in that blk. School was tiring enough and now i have to go through such shit!! KNNBCCB LOR!!!! some more, just now, 2 little boys were walking pass my blk and saw the lift and they started talking to each other.

Boy 1: "wah... all the lift spoil!!"
Boy 2: "yah lor.. so suay ah..."
Boy 1: "the people staying 15 floor one gonna die lor!!!"
Boy 2 giggles....

at the same time, i decided to proceed up the stairs... Boy 1 saw me... and started saying

i was damn pissed off.. already so jialat still wanna add salt and pepper... started scolding them and caused them to run away....

hiax.. sad day... but at least not bad, when i reach the 8 storey, the lift resumes services.... still can enjoy 7 storeys of lift...

Job Seeker

well well, today met Jinwei (1 of my poly friend) to go for a job interview at TBC HR Consultation at Suntec City. He introduce me to be a LG handphone promoter. I was more than happy to try it out.

Well, got there and waited for a few mins. I went into the interview room feeling tense, but act relac sia... answer some question here and there... and dont know why, i keep talking about samsung instead of LG (i prefer samsung la)

She gave me that stunt face and keep asking me different question lor... i was of course trying my best to answer to her questions, with some difficulty liao.

I think the interview went on for around 15 mins and she ask me whether i want to try being a samsung promoter instead. I was more than happy sia!!! and then came the even shocking thing, she ask me to stay and attend the training! so fast... i never even prepare myself all this lor...

sad sad sad, i'm a student again. In this cruel world, the paper has taken over. The power of degree is stronger than before. Just see the type of students you have there... hardworking, KIASU.

attended 3 lectures today and found out that poly lectures are slow moving, while uni one are like bullet train. so fast and as you are trying to digest whatever is said, "RING RING" times up and off to your next class....

Argh... how can i ever survive in school. Really a killer sia... felt that my school bad was like the one of a primary sch student - fat and heavy. Textbooks are like stocks market, 1 lot very ex and also dont know whether help u gain or dont gain any knowledge.

alright... that's the end of my diary... class started today 9.30am sharp and ended 12.30pm on the dot!!! wonder why the lecturers never wanted to drag their time? is it because they are only paid that much to speak for the allocated time?

god knows...

4th August 2006... not because its 5 more days to National day, not because i starting school, but today is the rebirth of my PINK IC!!!!

well.. couldnt sleep at night so went down with ndee to have a smoke break.. saw this cute little kitten meowing away.. see already also heart pain sia!! guess he must be real hungry.

so i brought him up to my house and make her lick the hell out of HL Fresh Milk.. he sure enjoy it as he finish the whole plate of milk.

haha... still haven fully know how to use the phone but seems like its quite easy to learn. reading the manual now and trying to figure out how to play with they phone. cant give everyone a review on how good the phone is but i love it very much!!!

Functions are easy and it got what i want. MP3 player, video, 1.3M camera, bluetooth, memory card, caller display...

Being an officer for almost coming to a yr. NS life is finally ending for me (30 more yrs to go) well, alot to reflect on what the army has done to me. in terms of being a soldier, being a gentlemen, and also to be a arrow shifter. that means how to avoid the arrow being launched by your superiors.

Every NSF, regardless of rank awaits the ORD with anxiety. i believe these are the 3 english letter that they will love and not regret learning. to me, i find that its just like any other date. anyway, its quite sucky for me cause the last day in army will be my first day in school...

BMTC, the "Bullshit, Malingering Training Centre" is the first place most of the newly shaven botak personnel go. nice view from the jetty eh but why, let's not discussed its bad points. well.. BMTC is fun, with all the people around of your age (nerds, ah bengs, gays who never declare) from all walks of life. that is the best time to know alot of friends but you never ever expected you might hit a backstabber. dont worry, BMT has lesser of this type of people.

That's my platoon back then.. look so much FUN!!!

OCS is more like a blessing (a blessing in disguise). now people there are bit older, bit garang, and bit mad. well, you will be playing doll when being a cadet. at the rate that the cadets keep pushing singapore down, we might need to reclaim from ground up, not out. field camps, turn out, well.. part of it la... no sweat.

well well, finally end of drought... nevertheless i had fun in camp. making jokes, preparing for training. now i understand why chinese people always like to say that bitterness comes before sweetness. National Service aka No Sweat or whatever you named it is really not bad... provided you have a positive attitude towards it. takes whatever that is coming positively and you will definitely enjoy every single moment.

still planning whether to go camp tomorrow. 5 more days before clearing leave and i can as if smell like little pinky from far. hope i wont be shocked by it. 2 years never see it will be scary leh.. machiam 2 years never see your classmate and be amazed by the changes they have. well.. that's too exaggerating.

Finally Germany attained their 1st goal which is to enter the last 16 team. Well, i believe their goal will be to win the world cup in their home ground but i doubt that will happen. I gotta say that they are strong, but lacked alot of things!! maybe its just that i dont support them!

MY HEART WILL BE WITH PORTUGAL!!! but i know without the shallow of the doubt that they would be winners... Quarter final maybe la... hmmx.. ponder..

back again....

this time, i not half naked, but getting prepared to go to my cousin's wedding at Inter-Continental Hotel @ Bugis.

Wedding, sounds nice but scary. Every wedding i went, i will see the bridegroom being downed with varieties of liquor and beers. A bit ruined the image of the bridegroom to their relatives all these right. Another thing is the cost of the dinner itself. Look at it, the ambience, the food and the scale of it will certainly look as it cost a bomb. (Hold at void deck the best)

I'm 22 this yr... my planned age to get married with my girl would be around 27 (ROM). Dinner to me, got or dont have doesnt mean anything but i believe it will mean alot to my bride. Chinese saying i'm buying her over to my house ma so must hold something grand so that her family wont be paisei.....

Why am i talking so much when i'm still young man... who knoes that by 27 I might be dead... Ghost wedding will be good enough!
